Researchers from the Center for Security Studies are participating in a grant titled “Under Pressure: Krize, Emoce a Politické Transformace Okolo Změny Klimatu” (Under Pressure: Crisis, Emotions, and Political Transformations Related to Climate Change), awarded by the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic for the years 2022-2024 (22-00800S). The grant is overseen by Prof. Ondřej Císař from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University, and Metropolitan University serves as a co-researcher under the leadership of Associate Professor Michal Kolmaš.
The project aims to investigate how climate change affects social norms and policies at various levels: in international relations, state policies, municipal politics, and civil society.
